The **T****eam Accelerator **programme is designed for people managers at all levels. We’ll help them learn the core skills needed to do more than manage – creating a space where trust and collaboration grow, and teams can thrive. They’ll develop new insights about their management style through the Hogan Forecast assessment, and explore their full potential through unlimited 1:1 coaching.
