The Changemaker programme is targeted at anyone tasked with leading change: line managers, executives, change ambassadors and innovators. We’ll give them the skills to lead with confidence and resilience, developing self-awareness through the Hogan Change Effectiveness assessment, and enhancing skills through unlimited 1:1 coaching, so they’re ready to champion change throughout your organisation: from communicating the plans to making the difficult decisions; keeping team members motivated and bringing them along for the journey.
